What happens after you hit send
No call centre, no robot. A real person reads it, and the quote comes from whoever will actually price and run your job.
- Within 24 hours — you get a reply. If the job is clear from your photos, that reply already has a rough range in it.
- The walk-through — we come and look at the actual space. This is free, and it is where most of the surprises get found before they cost anyone money.
- The written estimate — line by line, so you can see what each part costs. The written estimate is the price you pay.
- Scheduling — once you say go, you get a start date and a realistic finish date, not a vague "a few weeks".
What to send so the first answer is useful
You do not need to measure anything precisely. These four things turn a guess into a real number:
- A few photos of the space, including the parts you do not like
- Rough size — paces across the room is fine
- When you would like it done
- Whether you want it fixed, refreshed, or completely changed

Questions we get
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The walk-through and the written estimate are free, and there is no obligation after it.
How fast will I hear back?
Within 24 hours on weekdays, usually the same day. If you send photos and rough dimensions, the first reply often already has a ballpark in it.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. There is a two-hour minimum for handyman work, so it is worth saving up a few small things into one visit.
Which towns do you cover?
Nineteen towns across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. There is no trip charge inside that area.
Can you work with my budget?
Tell us the number you have in mind. We will say honestly what it covers, what it does not, and what is worth doing first.
